Profile review

FortuLearn may review selected tutor identity, experience and qualification information. We state what was reviewed and do not describe a tutor as licensed, background-checked or certified unless that specific check was completed and remains current.

Meet safely

Use a short introductory video call before committing.
Do not share government ID, financial credentials or unnecessary personal records.
Use a payment method with clear records and dispute tools.
Agree in writing on lesson scope, price, cancellation and refund terms.
Report pressure, harassment, discrimination or suspicious payment requests.

Academic integrity

Tutors may explain concepts, create practice questions, review learner-created work and provide feedback. They may not take examinations, impersonate learners, fabricate research or citations, or complete work intended to be falsely represented as the learner’s own.

Reporting

Report false credentials, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, academic misconduct, fraud or other safety concerns through the website contact channel. We may restrict a profile while reviewing serious allegations. Immediate threats should be reported to local emergency or law-enforcement services.

Payments

FortuLearn does not collect or safeguard tutoring payments. Learners and tutors transact directly and should choose a payment method appropriate to their countries and risk tolerance.
